Granulation of powders and chemicals

The Production granulator PS-20 is currently a working prototype with a capacity of processing up to 20 liters suspension per hour, in practice corresponding to 50-100 liters/shift. Commercial version will be provided by collaboration with the costumer for adaptation to the specific requirements and preferences.

PS-20, has a proprietary spraying chamber with continuous liquid nitrogen flow and is additionally equipped with an apparatus frame, a circulation pump for liquid nitrogen, a device for continuous removal of frozen granulate and regulation of the N2-liquid level.

To match a daily production in the range of what PS-20 has capacity for, a freeze drier with sufficient size is required. Powderpro do not provide such but assist in surveying the market and gives advice.

Tests with PS-20 can be conducted, but only with smaller suspension batches due to limited freeze drying capacity in-house. Quote for a test can be provided upon request
